Afghan local national role players are interviewed during the practical application portion of the Afghan inform and influence methods (AIIM) course on Camp Shorabak, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Jan. 3, 2013. The AIIM course, first of its kind in the Helmand province, was a six day course conducted by the 349th Psychological Operations Company which improved the ability of the Afghan National Army to interact with the local populous.
