Afghan air force Col. Almal Pacha, left, shakes hands with Bismillah Khan Mohammadi, the defense minister of Afghanistan on the flight line following a C-130 Hercules transport aircraft dedication ceremony held at the Kabul International Airport, Oct. 9, 2013. Pacha and AAF 1st Lt. Khial Shinwari, standing behind them, are the first two C-130 pilots in the AAF. Shinwari and Pacha will continue training in Afghanistan with advisers from NATO Air Training Command-Afghanistan.
