A Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) gunner, Fearless Class Patrol Vessel RSS RESILIENCE (OPV 82), keeps his sight trained on the US Navy (USN) Military Sealift Command (MSC) Mars Class Combat Stores Ship USNS CONCORD (T-AFS 5), prior to an RSN boarding team boarding the ship, during Exercise SOUTHEAST ASIA COOPERATION AGAINST TERRORISM (SEACAT). A scenario driven exercise, SEACAT involves the tracking and boarding of rouge merchant ships, one of which was played by the CONCORD.
