A British Army Commando with 148th Battery, 29th Commando Fire Support Team, Royal Artillery, rappels from a tower during Exercise Burmese Chase 2013, a bilateral training exercise between U.S. and British military forces aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Sept. 5. The annual exercise is designed to improve interoperability between American and British forces.
