Major David Kolmer, 192nd Fighter Wing, Virginia Air National Guard, plays Amazing Grace on his bagpipes during a memorial service for 18 Virginia Air National Guard and three Florida Army National Guard members killed in a March 3rd C-23 Sherpa plane crash in Unadilla, Georgia. The memorial service, which took place at Rock Church, Virginia Beach, Virginia, was attended by Deputy Secretary of Defense, Paul D.
