190918-N-BM428-0268 ENGLISH CHANNEL (Sept. 18, 2019) Sailors secure a Royal Navy Dauphine helicopter to the flight deck of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Donald Cook (DDG 75) as part of Flag Officer’s Sea Training (FOST), Sept. 18, 2019. FOST is a three-week exercise led by the Royal Navy that tests the ship’s warfighting ability.
