WASHINGTON (October 12, 2018) A service dog is dressed up as a Sailor in a dress blue uniform as part of a visit of Honor Flight Bay Area (California) to the National Museum of the U.S. Navy. Naval History and Heritage Command (NHHC) hosted the Honor Flight Bay Area (California) as part of the Navy's 243rd Birthday celebration. NHHC, located at the Washington Navy Yard, is responsible for the preservation, analysis, and dissemination of U.S. naval history and heritage.
