18-foot Skiff from Platinum, Alaska

KODIAK, Alaska - A Kodiak-based MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter flight mechanic hoists the first of four survivors from an 18-foot skiff aboard the helicopter 23 miles northwest of Port Heiden May 27, 2012. The four survivors departed Platinum May 25 on a subsistence hunt and were delivered safely to Dillingham by the rescue crew. U.S. Coast Guard photo by Air Station Kodiak.
