170113-N-JN506-009 APRA HARBOR, Guam (JAN 13, 2016) Japanese Minister of Defense Tomomi Inada gets an up-close look at moored Naval vessels through the periscope aboard the Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Oklahoma City (SSN 723). While onboard, Inada, accompanied by Lt. Gen., Jerry P. Martinez, Commander United States Forces, Japan, was briefed on the Oklahoma City’s mission and maritime capabilities.
