150610-N-WC566-129 PEARL HARBOR (June 10, 2015) A Sailor assigned to the Honors and Ceremonial Guard unit of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) presents colors to the eldest grandson of Pearl Harbor survivor U.S. Navy Boatswain’s Mate 1st Class Michael Elkovics during his ash-scattering ceremony at the USS Utah Memorial on Ford Island, JBPHH. Elkovics was stationed aboard the cruiser USS St. Louis (CL-49) during the 1941 Japanese attacks on Pearl Harbor.
