Broad View Beach is easily reached from any partof the City, and affords a most delightful view of Part-ridge Island and harbor. Bathing is excellent, and nohandier spot for a few hours recreation can be found. Bay Shore is convenientlv reached by street railwayconnecting with the Ferry at Carleton. Here are longstretches of tawny sand, broken at intervals with banksof black and jagged rocks. Ideal places for picnic parties. There are good Bathing Houses at Bay Shore, andevery convenience required by the visitor wishing a dip. 28 DRIVES. Via Marsh Road, Drury Cove (5 miles) and Rothesay(9 miles) on the Kennebecasis River. Rothesay is themost popular of St. Johns suburban resorts, and is avery attractive village, largely composed of summerhomes and camps. At Rothesay there is an excellenthotel and livery accommodation.
