s/s "Drottning Victoria"Byggnadsvarv Low Walker Yard Sjösatt 21 februari 1909 I tjänst I marinen 5 september 1939 Hjälpkryssaren Drottning Victoria var en svensk tågfärja tillhörande Statens Järnvägar och som inkallades som hjälpkryssare i svenska marinen under andra världskriget.Drottning Victoria trafikerade normalt linjen Trelleborg - Sassnitz, inkallades i samband med utbrottet av andra världskriget den 1 september 1939 och ombyggdes på Finnboda Varv. Vid krigsutbrottet blev det akut behov av att få ut minor och då minkryssaren Clas Fleming behövde moderniseras var det angeläget att få fram en ersättare. Inkallelse skedde den 5 september och ombygganden till minutläggare var klar den 14 september. Fartyget hade huvudrollen vid utläggningen av 90 minor i den så kallade norra mineringen i Södra Kvarken i december 1939. Då ett stort antal järnvägsvagnar blivit stående i Tyskland vid krigsutbrottet återlämnades hon tillfälligt till SJ för att vagnarna skulle kunna tas hem. Fartyget hölls krigsberett, men några ytterligare insatser för marinen gjorde hon inte. Det fanns planer på att använda henne vid en svensk invasion av Själland i samband med Operation Rädda Danmark våren 1945. Hon återlämnades till Statens Järnvägar 1945 och sattes in på rutten Trelleborg - Travemünde.
