US Air Force (USAF) Captain (CPT) Amanda McRae, 407th Expeditionary Medical Group (EMDG), and USAF STAFF Sergeant (SSGT) Corey Coleman, 407th Expeditionary Civil Engineer Squadron (ECES), practice securing a patient on a litter before loading and unloading him on to a US Army (USA) MH-60 Blackhawk (Black Hawk) helicopter. The training, conducted by the USA 43rd Medical Company (Air Ambulance) (MED CO (AA)), was conducted with and without the helicopter's blades running.
