Soldiers from Aberdeen Proving Ground, including 1st Sgt. Baffour Agbey, first sergeant for Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command, greeted Students at Roye-Williams Elementary School in preparation for their reading event. Elementary schools across the nation celebrated ‘Read Across America’ during the month of March which “calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading” and recognizes children’s author, Dr. Seuss, whose birthday is March 2.
