Rooftop coverage in Afghanistan

Petty Officer 3rd Class Edwin L. Daniel, Fox Company, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marine Regiment, provides cover on a roof top during a clearing operation in Zad, Afghanistan. Marines are conducting clearing operations of northern Now Zad supporting an Estonian Defense Force vehicle check-point. The 2nd Battalion 7th Marines, based out of Marine Air Ground Combat Center Twenty Nine Palms, is a reinforced light infantry Battalion deployed to Afghanistan supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
