Summary
Pleated fan. Printed and hand-colored paper leaf. Obverse: a Turkish scene showing a seated man reclining with with women, servants and musicians. Reverse: a Renaissance scene showing bobbin lace making and spinning. Drilled and painted bone sticks with metallic foil. Mirror on one guard. Mother-of-pearl washer at rivet and gilt metal bail.
