Outgoing 100th Air Refueling Wing Commander Colonel Bruce E. Burda gives the guide-on to Major General Kenneth W. Hess during RAF Mildenhall's Wing Change of Command Ceremony. The 100th Air Refueling Wing traces its lineage to World War II and the 100th Bomb Group. Today it's responsible for host management of RAF Mildenhall, providing the European theater, NATO, US, and allied forces with air refueling support.
