Figures of two baboons, Egypt, Middle Kingdom, 2040 – 1640 BC

Two joined fragments show the figure of a baboon seated in front of some sort of large container; the tail of a second baboon is visible to the left (see 26.3.354-4-related). Below the register line is part of an inscription belonging to a different scene.
