Two U.S. Marine Corps Marine Air Refueler Transport Squadron 252 pilots complete pre-flight checks on a KC-130J Super Hercules during Emerald Warrior 2015, Hurlburt Field, Fla., April 30, 2015. The mission of the VMGR-252 is to provide air-to-air refueling, assault support, and offensive air support, day or night, under all weather conditions during expeditionary, joint, or combined operations. Emerald Warrior is the Department of Defense's only irregular warfare exercise, allowing joint and combined partners to train together and prepare for real world contingency operations.
