Timothy Caldwell House, 2017 "Eye" Street Northwest, Washington, District of Columbia, DC

Significance: The Timothy Caldwell house was begun in 1802 and has been continuously well maintained ever since. It was the Executive Mansion during the first months of James Monroe's Presidency, and is now considered one of the least altered Georgian town mansions in the area.
