Case 3.—Albert F—, a man, aged 50 years, was attending forpsoriasis of the palms, and complained also of blind boils on theneck. At the upper level of the collar there were seen four smallraised, red, rounded papules of very firm consistence. Only thelaiger of the four had a central crust. There were two or threehairs protruding through each papule, but they were not centrallyarranged. The nodules were recognised as an early stage of Acnekeloid. There were no lesions suggestive of blind boils. Therewas no Acne vulgaris on the face or elsewhere and no follicularpustules. One nodule was excised for microscopical examination.
