Staff Sgt. Since becoming the 49th Wing’s SABC adviser in August 2011, the number of the wing’s airmen trained in SABC has gone from 30 to 80 percent. Because of the importance of SABC, the base has recently revamped its program, and in turn, an increased number of Holloman AFB airmen have played major roles in accident response.
