No. 8352 Post mortem pathological diagnosis shows intestinal obstruction, dilatedheart, diffuse acute pulmonary edema. Report from stereo-roentgenogram shows heart greatly enlarged especiallyin auricular region. Xo. 9160 Report from stcreo-roenti>enograms shows very extensive diffuse infiltrationthroughout the upper lobes on both sides and somewhat in the middle andlower lobes. The parenchyma is not involved near the diaphragm on eitherside. Lines of unusual density indicating broneho-parenchymal involvement isobserved to extend to the pleural margins throughout the upper lobes. Thedensity in the upper portion of the right lung is almost equal to that of con-solidation.
