PACIFIC OCEAN (Sep. 03, 2012) Gas Turbine System Technician (Mechanical) 3rd Class Crystal George, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85), takes a lube oil sample from one of the ship's main engines. McCampbell is part of the George Washington Carrier Strike Group, the U.S. Navy's only forward deployed carrier strike group, based out of Yokosuka, Japan, and is conducting a routine western Pacific patrol.
