Robert Roth, center, commanding officer of the amphibious transport dock ship USS Cleveland (LPD 7), Governor of Lae Luther Wenge, and U.S. Ambassador to Papua New Guinea Teddy Taylor cut the ribbon at Bubia Primary school during a Pacific Partnership 2011 engineering civil action project. Pacific Partnership 2011 is a five-month humanitarian assistance initiative that will make port visits to Tonga, Vanuatu, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste, and the Federated States of Micronesia.
