Lt. J.g. Eric Harrington, a catapult shooter assigned to the USS Constellation (CV 64), gives the launch signal to an F/A-18C Hornet assigned to the �Death Rattlers� of Marine Strike Fighter Squadron Three Two Three (VMFA-323).

Alla planen, ca 30 st utom de 2 första mellanlandade på F6 för skottställning och prov med vapeninstallation vilket utfördes av den italienske mekanikern Passeri. De flygplan som hämtades i Trollhättan (ca 16 st), flögs till Karlsborg samt vidare till Västerås för överlämning till finska förare, utfördes av förare ur F6: Fanj. Gottfrid Lundberg, Fanj.
