The building of the first London Bridge across the River Thames from 1758. At the head of text is an engraved illustration with the title, "An exact view of London Bridge since the conflagration." The Library Company copy is tipped in, at p. 32, to Peter Collinson's copy of William Maitland's The history of London (London: Samuel Richardson, 1739).
